MAINE STATE PARKS PASS:

Thanks to the generosity of two of our patrons, we once again have Maine State Park Pass for patrons to check out.

MAINE STATE PARK POLICY 2022 }  a patron who checks out the State Pass can have it for 2 days.

If pass is checked out before 3 pm, that day counts as the first day.  For example: a patron checks out the pass at 11 am on Wednesday  – Wednesday is the first day. The pass needs to either be put in the book drop Thursday night or it can be returned promptly at 9 am Friday morning.  The overdue fee for the pass is $5.00 per day.

Each patron (or family) can only reserve the pass one time each month: however, patrons are welcome to take out the pass any time for a day if it is available, even if they have already reserved that month.  If the pass is reserved for a particular day and another patron wants to take out out a day or two before that, he can; but he must return it before we close on the night before the day for which is is reserved.

AUDIO BOOKS: *************************************************************************************************************************************************

We have a great selection of these books which are really expensive to buy. These audios are checked when they are returned and many are coming back dirty with finger prints and lots of scratches. They can be washed but the scratches on them cannot be fixed. Please be careful when taking them out so that we all can enjoy listening to these stories with no skipping CDs. Please do not attempt to clean them yourselves because they are delicate. Thank you for your understanding.
