The Friends of the Ricker Library have planned a series of monthly programs and potluck suppers. We invite you to join us for a friendly evening of conversation over a meal\, followed by a program of interest\, usually with a local slant. We expect that the programs will feature local speakers and/or topics that connect with the interests of Poland residents.

The Library Board Meetings are a time when the library Trustees meet and deal with the business side of the library. These meetings are open to the public and all are welcome to attend. If you have a complaint\, a suggestion\, or if you just want to know how the library works\, then we would encourage you to attend our Board Meetings. \;The Board Meetings are held at the library on the fourth Monday of every month\, at 6\:30 PM.
April Book Discussion\: The Lighthouse by P.D. James
\; \;If you love mysteries\, and enjoy discussing the books you read\, then join us on the first Monday of every month at 2\:00 PM. We pick one book per month to discuss and then at the end of every meeting we pick a new one to read. You don't have to buy the book we choose\, just call the library or come in and sign up. We will then call you when a copy of the book is available. We hope to see you soon!
